Thomas University, a member of the NAIA, located in Thomasville, Georgia, is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Women’s Flag Football Coach
Job Description:
The Assistant Women’s Flag Football Coach will report directly to the Head Coach and will be responsible for assisting the head coach in organization, student athlete development and advisement, will actively participate in coaching and practice/game planning, team meetings, weightlifting sessions and film, scouting, fund raising, academic monitoring, equipment maintenance, and student-athlete recruitment for the Women’s Flag Football Team. As well as, any additional duties as assigned by the head coach.
Requirements:
The applicant should possess strong communication skills, leadership skills, experience and excellent working knowledge of Flag Football training techniques appropriate for intercollegiate student athletes. General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PC computers. Flexible schedule in order to work early morning hours, weekends and or nights is required.
Experience:
Experience within a collegiate or high school flag football coaching setting and/or playing experience with exceptional leadership skills and work ethic
